Non-Disclosure
LogoBob will never resell or share any information supplied to our company
with any third party. The information supplied will only be used by our design
team for the sole purpose of creating your new brand. If you feel the need our
company will gladly sign any NDA before any design work is started.
Service
With respect to the logo design
package selected, clients are allowed to choose only one logo, slogan,
business card, envelope, and letter head design. All designs, concepts,
slogans or other materials displayed to the client which are not selected by
the client remain the full property of Logo Design Bob. Clients can purchase
additional logo designs provided within the samples created to fulfill the
client's order for an additional service and design charge to be determined.
Payments
All prices listed on LogoBob.com
are in US Dollars. All work must be paid in advance prior to any design work
commencing. Clients purchasing logobob’s service must pay for the service
online via credit card or offline via telephone, certified check or money
order. Client’s will be charged for the Package(s) selected. If you pay by
credit card, you will be required to provide a valid credit card number and
your credit card billing address when you register as a client. LogoBob.com
will email the client a receipt for the transactions.
Design Ownership
All final artwork become the
property of the client, having unlimited and royalty-free use of the image
upon payment of all fees. Logo Design Bob retains the right to display the
artwork in their portfolio and advertising materials.
Our Disclaimer
The client guarantees that all elements of text furnished to
Logo Design Bob for inclusion
in the logo samples do not infringe on any copyright or trademarks that have
been already established by any other organization worldwide. The client will hold
harmless, protect, and defend Logo Design Bob Inc. and of its sister companies from any
claim or suit arising from the use of such elements or designs furnished by
the client. Logo Design Bob guarantees that all the logo designs provided to
their clients are uniquely
created by the Logo Bob designers. By purchasing a logo package from
logobob.com, the
client understands the Logo Designs provided may resemble a copyright image.
Should this be the case, LogoBob will re-design the Logos.
Project Duration
Client agrees to provide timely
responses to
Logo Design Bob after notification of sample completion. Client
shall have 30 days to respond to each set logo design samples submitted to the
client for review. If after 30 days the client has failed to respond, Logo
Design Bob will assume the project complete and the project shall be deemed to
be complete. Logo Design Bob will have no further obligation to client, and
client shall pay Logo Design Bob all fees and expenses associated with work
performed by Logo Design Bob.
Project Termination Logo Design Bob
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate client’s access to
all or a portion of the service, at any time, with or without prior notice. In
the event of such termination, Logo Design Bob will work with client to
determine the amount of any refund (if any) to be paid to client as a result
of such termination. Should client’s use of the service result from client’s
material breach of the terms and conditions of this agreement, client shall
not be entitled to any refund, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by both
companies.
Logo
Design Refund Policy
We
guarantee your full satisfaction or your money back.
There is a $95 administration / initial logo design fee for all our refunds.
The refund policy will not take effect:
1) If you have approved your logo design.
2) If we have begun working on one of your samples and made more then 1 change
for you.
3) If the company we are creating the logo for closes, changes their name, or
their activity.
4) If we do not hear back from you for more than 30 business days after your
initial logo samples have been displayed to you.
Note: All Rush design order fees and non-refundable.
Note: All prices are in US funds.
Note: If we do not hear back from you for more than 60 business days, during
any point of the design process, your
project is deemed completed. It is your responsibility to check your e-mails
and stay current with your project development. To restart your project after
60 business days a fee of $60 will apply.
How the
money will be transferred back to you
If you have paid using your
credit card - the money will be transferred back to your credit card account.
It may take up to 6 to 9 business days before the money can appear on your
account. If you have paid using a check or a money order your refund will be
sent to you by check via regular mail.
