Disclaimer
The client unconditionally
guarantees that any element of text furnished to Logo Design Bob for inclusion
in the design samples do not infringe on any copyright or trademarks that have
been already established by another organization. The client will hold
harmless, protect, and defend Logo Design Bob and its subcontractors from any
claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the client.
Logo Design Bob guarantees the Logo Designs provided to clients are uniquely
created by Logo Design Bob. By purchasing the services of Logo Design Bob, the
client understands the
Logo Design provided may resemble a copyright image.
Should a case as this arise, Logo Design Bob will re-design the Logo.
Legal
Rights Agreement
All logos
and artwork rights Logo Design Bob Inc. creates and designs for its clients
belongs to the client (company) it was designed for given that the client has
paid in full for the design service. Our firm does not hold any rights to the
logo designs created. The client is free to register his/her logo created by
our firm under his/her name or trademark.
Payment Method
All prices listed on LogoBob.com are in US funds. Clients purchasing Logo
Design Bob Inc.’s service must pay for the service online via credit card or
offline via telephone, certified check, paypal or money order. Client’s will be
charged for the Package(s) selected, no hidden fees. If you pay by credit card, you will be
required to provide a valid credit card number and your card billing
address when you register as a new client. Logo Design Bob Inc. will email the
client a receipt for the package purchased.
Full Client Security
Logo Design Bob Inc. will take appropriate steps to prevent unauthorized
access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of the information
you provide to our company. Whenever you give Logo Design Bob Inc. sensitive information,
our management will take reasonable steps to establish a full secure
connection with your web browser. Credit card numbers are used only for
payment processing. We do not store any credit card numbers on any of our
systems, once your payment has been processed, your credit card numbers are
deleted from our database.
