project at all times. Each of our designers have at least 5 years of graphic
design and branding experience. All have gone through our 6 month in-house
marketing training program you can rest assured that you have a talented and

All our package
prices as stated on our web site NEVER have any hidden fees or additional
charged that come at a later date. The prices that are on our web site are
exactly what you pay.

Did your company design all the logos that are displayed in your portfolio?
Answer :
Each logo design
sample posted on the logobob.com web site have all been custom created by our
in-house design department. We do not use clipart design nor do we re-use
logos that other firms have not chosen.

Will my printer or web designer have problems working with the files you send me?
Answer :
All the final files
we send you are print ready, this means that your printer can use the files
for any type of use and never have a problem. We also supply all the color
codes, CMYK and RGB. Having the color codes will ensure that your colors are
reproduced exactly as you see them on screen. Many design firms do not supply
these colors, and you will not have a problem with those files given that you
only use them for web and not for printed reproduction.
Fonts are another
big issue that many design firms do not include, again this is only a problem
if your printer does not have those fonts installed on their system. If this
is the case the design software will replace the font using the one that looks
similar to it. You will only notice this once your marketing material is
already printed and by this time it's too late.
All final files we supply can be used with any design
software for MAC and/or PC.

What do you mean by "direct" communication
with logo designers?
Answer :
When developing a
corporate identity for your business communication is paramount. Since all our
designers work in-house, you will be able to speak with them one on one by
calling our toll free number. You have direct access to them during regular
business hours ( 9AM to 5PM, EST ) before, during, and after your logo design
project has been completed. We have many clients that call our design team
after they have completed their new logo and ask our advice for trade show
ideas, marketing tips, or to let us know how everything is going with their
new business.

I don't have my office address yet, can I wait to design my stationery?
Answer :
We will do you one
better. We will create your stationery design using your existing mailing
address, then when you have your permanent mailing address, simply call our
stationery design department and we will update your designs at no charge.
Once finalized we will send you your updated final files. When dealing with
our
logo design firm, we do our best to make your
business look great at all times.

If I already have an idea of what I want, can you work with it and make it
better?
Answer :
The more information
you send to our design team before they get started with your project the
better. This will allow our team to develop a solid creative foundation. Many
of our clients fax or e-mail certain ideas they have and request that we
dedicate 2 to 3 designs revolving around their ideas. Our designers then
create another 2 to 3 sample logos mixing your ideas and our ideas, the rest
of the logo design samples are based our brainstorm session which totally new
ideas.

What does "unlimited" logo design changes mean?
Answer :
What sets us apart
from all other

alterations. Many other design firms try to dispel this as impossible. We find
it impossible to limit alterations, since this a creative process that can not
be limited to a certain amount of design changes. The only answer to this
limited amount of changes is that the other design firms manage to charge you

paid for the package it will not only be a waste of money if you cancel but a

What if I don't like any of the initial logo designs, what happens then?

may request a refund or you may request that our designers go back to
the drawing board and create 12 new designs for you to choose from. Our main
concern is that you receive a logo design that you can use and are proud of.

having 3 alteration ) for you to choose from. All logos are produced by 12

be shipped to you containing the same files along with a user manual that will
describe in detail each file format.
You will have all
your final files for any type of use be it for web site design, stationery
printing, or promotional item use. Our designers will also work with your
printer if they have any questions while printing or re-producing your logo

Of course, your printer should be perfectly able to use all of your final logo
